Classic Serve : Chivas 75 

Ingredients : 

  • 30ml Chivas XV 
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice 
  • 20ml sugar syrup 
  • Top with champagne 
  • Fresh cherry, to garnish 

How to Serve: 

  • 1. Add all ingredients except champagne into a shaker and fill with ice.

  • 2. Shake hard for 10 seconds.

  • 3. Fi ne s train into a champagne fl ute, and top with champagne.

  • 4. Drop a cherry into the glass to garnish.

  • 5. Serve.
