Heavy-Duty Construction
Built with 14 gauge all-welded stainless steel body, front, sides, stub back, and bottom for maximum durability and longevity in a commercial kitchen environment.
High Performance Griddle
A 36-inch wide griddle features a 1" thick polished steel plate for superior heat retention and distribution, ideal for high-volume cooking. It includes a 14 gauge stainless steel grease trough and 2-1/2" high splash guards.
Manual Griddle Controls
Griddle operation is managed by manual infinite gas valves, providing direct control over heat without a temperature thermostat for versatile cooking.
Standard Oven Base
The oven base is a conventional design with a 35,000 BTU burner, capable of temperatures from 150°F to 550°F, controlled by a reliable thermostat.
Easy-Clean Oven Interior
The oven features a stainless steel lining, with sides and bottom that are removable without tools, simplifying the cleaning process. Two chrome-plated oven racks are included.
Stainless Steel Gas Tubing
All internal gas tubing is constructed from stainless steel for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
Adjustable Legs
