Lock and load your 2024 Polaris RZR XP 1000 and get ready for some serious kick!  The 2024 RZR XP 1000 is a fun machine, but Polaris left room for improvement on the table.  This simple kit is the best way to wake up your XP1K as it comes with our proven ECU flash. The ECU flash adds some amazing horsepower from low end to high end RPM and really gives your machine that "snap" you're looking for.  Our AA Stage 3 clutch kit compliments the tuning perfectly by more efficiently transferring power to the wheels and ridding yourself of the very lazy factory clutching setup and poor belt grip.

  • Kit includes AA ECU flash for 2024 RZR XP 1000 Models **Requires ECU to be sent in for programming/unlocking** and AA Stage 3 Clutch Kit with primary clutch limiter.
  • Works with all models including ones with Dynamix and/or Evap models.
  • Looking for the best/most badass ECU tuning available for your RZR XP1K?  AA's performance tunes are now available to gain horsepower and torque.  Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed.  We are highly experienced in tuning RZRs and this will show.
  •  The 2024 RZR XP 1000 uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU.  Currently no programmers like the PV3 are available and no ETA, so sending your ECU in for a bench flash is the only way to get a great tune.
  • Big horsepower gains depending on the level of tune/modifications (see tune descriptions below for more details)
  • Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle
  • Throttle by wire limiters disabled
  • Fan on/off at 185/180 degrees Fahrenheit (Stock is 205/192) which is just above the thermostat opening temp.
  • Speed limiter removed in low and high gears
  • More throttle % in low gear and reverse (Stock limits your throttle for torque limitation)
  • Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM (stock is 8800).  Ideal peak RPM @ 55 MPH is 8400-8600 with the flash, but 9200 is for ramp up overshoot/top speed.
  • AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque.  Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling.
  • AA's modified fuel curve will still get decent mileage cruising, but is corrected over the factory lean AFR when needed most on higher throttle inputs.
  • Level 1 Tune:   This tune can be run on a bone stock XP1K on 91-93 octane fuel.  This tune adds +5 RWHP (6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank horsepower with just a flash!  This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat.
  • Level 2 Tune:  This tune is developed for an XP1K with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane.   It has just a bit more timing and a bit more fuel over Level 1.  This tune adds +7 RWHP peak and a massive +9 RWHP at 30 MPH (This is gaining  roughly +10-11 crank horsepower) putting you at roughly 125 crank horsepower with just a flash and exhaust!  Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA slip-on exhaust.
  • Looking for race fuel tunes?  We were also, but unfortunately we found no real power increase by adding octane.  Certainly a little extra octane is never a bad thing to keep your ECU from pulling timing, but we tried various attempts to make more power with no results.
  • If you're unsure if your XP1K is an EVAP model or not, check your Emissions Control sticker located on the front driver's side frame rail above the front shock. See pictures for location.
  • *** ECU MUST BE SENT IN FOR PROGRAMMING/UNLOCKING:  Aftermarket Assassins, 2348 75th Ave, Osceola, WI 54020  ***
  • The ECU is located behind the driver seat (rear driver side if 4 seat). Remove the top panel behind the seats to expose the ECU.  Remove the torx bolts and ECU connector
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the ECU to AA, a shipping label is not included in the price  **Excludes Express Flash, which includes UPS Next Day Air label to ship ECU to AA
  • Programming turnaround will vary, but is normally 1-2 business days.
  • Express ECU service for US main 48 states only.   We'll send you a Next Day Air UPS label, and ship your ECU ONLY back via Next Day.  All other parts will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout.  Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming/unlocking or control UPS shipping times/delays.  We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible.
  • When the ECU arrives we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash with the correct AA tune.
  • If you ever need to go back to the OEM  tune we charge $95 which includes shipping back to you (shipping back for lower 48 US only).  Please contact us if you need to go back to your OEM tune.  (This is only for the AA ECU bench flash)
  • MAKE SURE you insure your ECU for $700.  AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECUs. While more expensive over Priority Mail or FedEx, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience.
  • Why AA tunes over others?  We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR.  Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time.  We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs.  Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres.  It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower.   We left nothing on the table on the XP1K bolt-on parts, if others claim more power/gains for the same mods use caution in believing it!
  • If you have any other needs in these tunes, or any concerns; please e-mail!
  • Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes: Setup/Installation sheet, AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, primary limiter washer, secondary spring and AA helix.  The initial setup guideline shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit among other important information.
  • The 2024 XP 1000 is clutched very odd from the factory.  The vehicle winds out RPM right from the gate and does not transfer any torque until you hit peak RPM.  This is somewhat of a race setup, but really all around it does not work well.  Our kit helps combat this with our helix specifically designed for this model, along with our weights and springs that are all key components in transferring power to the rear tire efficiently.  This is shown on the dyno and felt in real world driving (butt dyno).  The clutch kit also adds huge belt grip and is especially needed when going to larger tires.  The Performance helix gains the most acceleration, while the High Load helix is a little more than stock but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, crawling, or mud riding.
  • High Load Helix 1067:  Slightly less aggressive than the Performance helix with good acceleration gains/power transfer over the OEM helix.  Designed to work better for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawling type riding in mind.   Works on 2 & 4 seat models with 30-35" tires or 30-33"  paddles.   Excellent all-around helix!
  • Performance Helix 1068:   Aggressive helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/aggressive fast pace drivers in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle.  Works on 2 seat models with  30-32" Tires.  Not suggested for 4 seat models.
  • The only special tool needed with our clutch kit is our Compression Tool #1
  • For more information on our Stage 3 Clutch Kit please follow this link:  2024 RZR XP1K S3 Clutch Kit
  • We HIGHLY suggest running our Stryker Belt as we've found it grips much better in the clutches
  • We also suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock for improved strength and airflow
  • Have alignment issues? Use our P90X Secondary Clutch Alignment Shim Kit to set things straight
  • Highly recommend upgrading to our Heavy Duty P90X Secondary Clutch Rollers
  • Oh... and get ready for your XP1K to flat out rip!

Worth the purchase
Color: Orange & Blue Fumbler, Size: 3 x 8.5 x 9 inches (1 Pack)
Perfect for indoor use. My aggressive chewer loves this and has not destroyed it yet after 6 months. I recommend for indoor use as it causes NO damage or noise.

Not Chuck-It Durable
Color: Orange & Blue Squirrel, Size: 4.7 inches (1 Pack), Color: Orange & Blue Squirrel, Size: 4.7 inches (1 Pack)
Sadly only lasted an hour. My dog likes to pull apart toys over the course of a few months, with the exception of Chuck-It toys. They usually never get destroyed by him. I think its a good product but if you are looking for the durability like other toys from Chuck It - just wanted to share this is not the toy for you! Made him happy so not regretful of buying it, just wish it lasted longer. Here is him posing with it after he took bites of it like it was an apple.

1st one lasted over 3yrs, 2nd started falling apart in less than a week....
Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack), Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack)
My dog really loves this toy. He’s a 5yr old border collie. He doesn’t work at tearing up his toys but he does shake his toys. I bought his 1st Chuckit it indoor football over 3yrs ago. It held up very well and had normal wear and tear I’d expect from a chuckit toy to have. It developed a small tear in fabric about 6months ago. As it was still mainly intact, I let him continue to play with it. Then the tear widened and I felt good time to replace, so I ordered one from Amazon. He was ecstatic to have a new one. I was quite disappointed though as in under a week from giving it to him(he’s always supervised during play so I do know what he does with his toys and he doesn’t work at them to tear them up) I noticed a tear down the seam that was bigger than the other one had for 6months. Over the next few days, tear widened. Now cover is completely off of inside. I’m really disappointed in the quality. I’m not sure if the quality of the toy is less than when I got his first one(which I bought in a pet store such as petsmart) or if for some reason because I purchased on amazon, they are of lesser quality. I do know for a fact as I supervise his play and with his favorite toys(and usually his spendier toys) they get put up when it’s not play time. He has his other toys that he can play with anytime. I have ran also into Kong toys (Wubba) that has come apart quickly in under a month, but those were both bought on amazon and at a retail store, so I don’t know if amazon is distributing toys of lesssr quality or if toy brands that have held up in past (Kong Wubba & this Chuckit football) are just being made of lesser quality. My dog’s style of play hasn’t changed nor has his supervision. That being said, my dog absolutely LOVES this toy. I want other users to be forewarned that I’ve had 2 of this product for my dog, they both developed a tear down seam, that eventually led to outer fabric shell coming off of the inner part of the toy. Yes my dog does shake his toys but 1st lasted over 3yrs, 2nd lasted less than a month and is in worse condition than the first. I may purchase this toy again as it’s one of his favorites just to see if the 2nd one was a fluke. Had I paid more than $6.19(I’m a prime member and it was an add on product) I most likely wouldn’t purchase a third one. I’m willing to see if the third one will last at least a yr. if it starts coming apart in less than a week again, I’ll have my answer which would be that chuckit has resorted to making their toys of lessor quality. I hope that’s not the case because they are one of only a couple of brands I hold in high regard for their good quality and durable dog toys. Please see picture. It’s his toy in less than a month. The outer material came off during play last night. It lasted less than a month from time I gave it to him to play with. 5/22/18 update. I bought him a 3rd indoor fumblr, it last almost 3 months...I ordered him a 4th one. I gave it to him Friday, today is Tuesday, his 4th one is already coming apart at the seams. When I ordered 4th fumblr, I bought 2 at the same time, they were $5.19 each(prime member add on price). I’m glad I did because now they are twice the price at now over $10. I very highly doubt I will buy another indoor fumblr unless price drops in half again. This last one that I gave him 4-5days ago, it hasn’t been his daily favorite toy. He’s maybe played with it a couple hrs each day. My dog really LOVES this toy. I’m moving my rating down to a 1 Star from 2 as this toy has consistently come apart rather quickly. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this toy. He’s 5 1/2yrs Old now. 1st fumblr last over 3yrs, he’s gone through the other 3 in under 6months...had I paid over $10 each time, I probably would’ve stopped after the 3rd fumblr came apart. as it is now, I won’t but any more fumblrs by chuckit at this price....if price drops, after he’s gone through the 5th one I have put up...I may consider it...but not at over $10 for a toy that comes apart through normal play in under 5 days...

Dogs favorite toy
Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack), Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack)
I buy 4 of these every month for my dog. He won’t go anywhere without this ball. He sleeps with it, swims with it, goes to the vet and carries it around in his mouth to show off. It’s borderline a problem. My dog is a large breed and plays hard so I do purchase often because the strings unravel and the ball itself is foam so breaks down into little pieces after a few days of playing. I love that it is fragile on his teeth and jaw. We can play catch indoors because it is soft.
