Moby sees this as a lo-fidelity, idiosyncratic, emotional, melodic record and says "I'm most interested in exploring vulnerability and humanity in music, and with Innocents I made a conscious effort to keep things imperfect and, at times, even awkward. My criteria was, how does what I'm creating resonate emotionally, and what sense of space does it create?" to achieve that perfectly imperfect state, Moby chose to work with an outside producer for the first time in his career: Mark "Spike" Stent, whose Grammy-studded resume spans superstar pop (Madonna, Lady Gaga, Beyonci), rock (U2, Bruce Springsteen, Muse, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and the genre-defying vanguard (Bjvrk, Massive Attack, Goldfrapp, M.I.A.). Another first marked by Innocents was Moby's unexpected choice of collaborators. Working with outside vocalists and musicians isn't a new thing for Moby (see "South Side," featuring vocals by Gwen Stefani). on INNOCENTS he taps Wayne Coyne (Flaming Lips), Cold Specks, Mark Lanegan, Damien Juradio and Skylar Grey to sing lead vocals.

Perfect! Easy, convenient, definitely recommend

I am so glad I found this base that I can just fill with water. After screwing on the wheels, I used my garden hose to fill it with water and put my 1.5 inch diameter umbrella in and tightened it. Easy peasy. I love that it rolls and I can move it wherever I want, and also lock two of the wheels if needed. Definitely would recommend this one!

Must Read before Purchasing!!!! Height is lost if you use this base!!!!

I was so very excited about this for our umbrella - and then I put it together.
I called my adult son to come and take a look - I had to be doing something wrong.
To our dismay, I was not.
The lowest pole in the umbrella system has 4 welded pieces with holes meant to connect to the legs, thus stabilizing the structure. The lowest pole measures (guestimate) 3 feet.
When you choose this system, you do not use the original cross-bars, nor the original lowest pole with the 4 welded pieces. Rather, you use a newly provided lowest piece roughly measuring a foot. In doing so, the structure loses a total of almost 2 feet. For average-height individuals, this would not be a problem. For individuals 6' or greater, this is quite a problem. My son is 6'6. My husband is 6'2.
I really wanted the portability of the product. However, we will be returning it for the kind that rest on the cross-bars. I wish someone had mentioned this in the reviews I read and saved me the trouble.

Happy hound!

My 2 yr old bloodhound destroys every toy in minutes, but not this one. My husband and I actually buy toys to see how long they last for fun. Although the croc is NOT indestructible, it lasts a whole lot longer than most. After an hr or so, I took away the only piece he's chewed off which is part of the back leg. Otherwise nothing else is missing off the croc. Our boy has been very occupied with this new toy and we're satisfied with his new distraction!

Definitely a tough toy

This is one of the few toys my
Boxer/american bulldog mix hasn’t been able to tear apart. He loves chewing on it and I love that he doesn’t chew on stuff he shouldn’t.
I have such an issue with toys being torn apart the day I bring them home. I wish there was a safe way for it to have a squeaker since he loves squeakers but I don’t think that is possible.
