A rugged, easy-to-clean prep table that keeps ingredients chilled and organized with included pans, solid self-closing doors, and rear-mounted R290 refrigeration.
- Two-section salad top refrigerated counter with 10.01 cu. ft. of cold storage.
- Includes six 1/3-size, 4-inch deep pans and accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep.
- Solid hinged doors are self-closing, field-reversible, and stay open at 120° for loading and cleaning.
- Rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant and holds temperatures between 36°F and 38°F.
- Durable stainless steel exterior surfaces and corrosion-resistant aluminum interior simplify cleaning and daily use.
- Six-inch casters, including two with brakes, make it easy to move and position the unit.
- Four epoxy-coated wire shelves provide additional organized storage below the pan rail.
