Heavy-Duty Construction
14-gauge all-welded body construction with stainless steel front, sides, stub back, and bottom ensures exceptional durability and resistance to harsh kitchen environments.
High-Performance Open Burners
Four individual lift-off steel top grates with four 35,000 BTU/hr cast iron open burners controlled by infinite gas valves provide precise heat management for various cooking tasks.
Space Saver Oven
Conventional oven base with a 35,000 BTU burner and stainless steel lining. The oven interior measures 22-1/4" W x 14" H x 27-3/4" D and accommodates full-size sheet pans.
Removable Oven Interior
Oven sides and bottom are removable without tools for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
Chrome Plated Oven Racks
Comes with two chrome plated oven racks, designed with wires curled and welded around the main frame to eliminate sharp ends.
Precision Oven Control
Oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 550°F, with the control located in a cool zone for reliability.
