Servomyces is a specially cultivated single-strain brewing yeast that serves as a natural yeast nutrient. Through a unique propagation and drying process, it accumulates essential trace minerals and elements critical for successful alcoholic fermentation.

Unlike mineral salts, nutrients delivered through living tissue offer superior bio-availability. Servomyces provides highly accessible zinc, a crucial component of yeast nutrition, leading to measurable improvements in fermentation performance. It significantly reduces fermentation time and enhances yeast sedimentation. By promoting the uptake of maltose and maltotriose (depending on your brewing strain), it increases alcohol yields. It also boosts protein synthesis and yeast growth for greater biomass during propagation. Servomyces D50 eliminates harsh sulfur notes for a smoother, more balanced finished beer.

DOSAGE RATE

0.01 g/L of wort for fermentation or 0.2g/5-gallon batch

0.02 g Servomyces per liter of wort for propagation/starters.

USAGE

Add to kettle 5-10 minutes prior to the end of the boil. Can be added directly to the fermenter as well.

This watch was received exactly as advertised. First off the watch is economical compared to other watches that advertise the same details. I will say that I have gone through numerous Luminox watches only to be disappointed. This watch fits the bill. It does have solar cells which mean it needs to be exposed to light to keep running, not a problem. Three minutes under my surefire light I am golden. The bezel doesn't rotate actually no big deal for me. I have always required that the bezel moves not anymore after having a bezel that rotates I use it next to never. Here's why, the more I rotate the bezel the more the numbers wear off. The strap on the watch with the catches for the strap are perfect. They actually hold the watch strap in place in lieu of like other big name brands that just flop and slide. As far as everyday use goes this watch is my go to. To be honest I have purchased three. This is the only watch I will wear moving forward, yeah the glass my scratch but even the big names like the Luminox I spoke of earlier scratches too.
