Lucie Thieblemont, Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Zero
This Blanc de Noirs is vibrant and delicious right from the outset with incredible purity and focus. Autolysis helps to add complexity and balance but the precise acidity ensures a refreshing nature that will absolutely leave you wanting a second glass. Brut Nature and no added sulphur ensure the natural fruit is allowed to shine.
Domaine Siouvette, L’Exception Rose 2025
A historic Provence estate producing a pale pink rose with notes of small red berries and bright fruit on the palate. The grapes are harvested by hand and later macerated on the skins to provide the classic light pink, Domaine Siouvette lies at the base of the Maures massif, nearby to St-Tropez, and covers 20 hectares of south-facing vines. This wine is an ideal pairing for Mediterranean dishes or simply by itself in the sunshine.
Named Clochard, meaning 'vagrant' in French, for being produced from Verdicchio vines that lie outside the Verdicchio Castelli DOC boundary. Lime zest, spring hawthorn and apple blossom, with a fine, chalky element and touch of cardamom too. The palate is zippy and bursting with life - lime juice, a gentle bitter and creamy almond note, and briney freshness too, finishing with long, yellow-pepper accented tang.

A wine that expresses its maritime terroir in a delicious way. This is aromatically intense, structured and round on the palate, saline, slightly floral, and fruity with good aging potential.
Gant & Co, Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
With the region's most southerly vineyard plots, the wines of Gant & Co are elegant and fresh and this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception. It has spent 13 months on its lees in French oak barriques (30% new oak) which rounds out the blackcurrant, cedar, and chocolate notes. One for Bordeaux lovers looking to venture into new territories.
Reverdito, Nebbiolo Langhe Simane 2023
A fantastic alternative to Barolo that does much less damage to your wallet! This Piedmontese red is 100% Nebbiolo and delivers the deep, delicious red fruit notes you expect from the grape variety as well as hints of liquorice and tobacco. Gathering a real following in our shops and perfect with roast beef or game.
