A round and vibrant medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, with plum and strawberry flavours combined with hints of red pepper and spices. The palate is smooth and balanced and red fruit flavours abound on the palate.
The Viña Echeverría Reserva range comprises seven wines, which are characterized by their lively and fruity appeal. Fresh and vibrant with little or no oak, they are a true expression of the individuality of each grape variety. These are wines which work as well as aperitif or house wines, as they do with food. The grapes for this wine are 100% handpicked, fermented in stainless steel and then aged in 225 liter French used barrels for about 4-5 months.
