Integrated Twin-Shaft Mixer
- Two-speed gear motor (Low 23 RPM / High 46 RPM on main agitator) tackles delicate soups to thick sauces.
- 304 stainless anchor agitator contours the kettle wall for complete product movement.
- Counter-rotating beater (60 / 120 RPM) breaks up lumps and accelerates mixing.
- Removable nylon scraper blades constantly clean the kettle surface to prevent scorching.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises the bridge, agitator and scraper for effortless cleaning or kettle-only use.
- Quick-lock rim latch with safety interlock prevents high-speed starts while the bridge is raised.
