The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop. Dual mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tubes direct unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbos for more horsepower and torque. A hose connects both tubes to balance air intake pressure. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. Premium stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility and guarantee perfect seals. Meh

I had a real leather version of these shoes for many years. They are still totally wearable, however the soles have worn smooth from using them so much.
so naturally I buy a new pair. These are the same design. the stitching is close, the pattern in the leather is the same. But they are so much cheaper. There is no real leather. It's all synthetic. The sole is not the same quality of rubber. The stitching is not as good. They look fine, brand new, yet I am sure they will not last.
these are cheap. They also cost less, so I guess they are an average value, but I am very annoyed.
