High-Performance Twin-Shaft Agitator
- Two-speed totally-enclosed gear motor (High: 46 RPM anchor / 120 RPM beater • Low: 23 RPM / 60 RPM).
- 304 stainless anchor agitator hugs kettle wall; removable nylon blades continuously scrape the surface.
- Counter-rotating stainless beater breaks up particulates for perfectly blended, lump-free results.
- Bayonet-mount shafts release in seconds for thorough cleaning or static kettle use.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock keeps tools clear for loading and sanitation.
- Safety interlock prevents high-speed starts when agitator is out of position.
