- Dual full-height cavities with independent temperature control let you hold different foods at different settings in one cabinet.
- Holds up to 32 full-size pans, including 12 inches x 20 inches pans and GN 1/1 pans.
- Top-mounted heater with analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat supports temperatures up to 200°F.
- 304 stainless steel construction with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps retain heat and withstand heavy use.
- Solid Dutch / split doors and fixed lip load slides help keep pans organized during loading and unloading.
