The octagonal body has alternating white and red, vertical stripes, dotted by navy colored window and door frames. Dual, gold-hued eagle and shield US seals sit above the door frames on 2 panels, and the upwardly tapered design leads the eye to the deep blue, octagonal topper. Two-level, gold colored chains span the spaces between the vertical posts, adding a bit of realism to the lighthouse, furthered by clear plastic windows and white stars on the roof.
