PDI's VGT Turbo for the 2008-2010 ISX CM871 Cummins is a high quality replacement complete turbo with the actuator for those looking for a long life replacement turbo for a failed OEM product. This new turbo is built with a higher strength billet compressor wheel for added reliability.
