Description:
The T1R-F07 twin disc kit offers twice the number of disc surfaces compared to single disc kits, enhancing wear, heat capacity, and longevity. Featuring ACT's proprietary Positive Lift Floater System, it ensures quiet operation without floater rattle or posts to wear. The kit endures a four-stage heat treating process on all diaphragms, providing adjustability for disc wear and equal disengagement for discs. Crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials, ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs offer high heat tolerance and maximum performance. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design facilitates quicker shifts and trouble-free service. The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and alignment tool, with optional pilot bearing and release bearing.
