Lead singer Magnus Ekwall (Ayreon) is back behind the mic and together with the dynamic interplay between drummer Jolle Atlagic (Hanoi Rocks, Electric Boys, Firebird), guitarist Christian Carlsson and bassist Roger Nilsson (Spiritual Beggars, Firebird) it is a unique foursome. The band has kept the '70s feel intact, recording the new songs in the studio. In spite of the 70's strains, The Quill's music lives and breathes 2017.

Very well built.
Well build. Very solid for the price. I used #1 AWG cable. I don't like the pinch bolt connection. It tries to drill through the cable, and spreads the strands. Only about 2/3rds are pinched under the knurled bolt tip. I'll keep an eye on it, and if the connection heats up, I'll pull apart, straighten the strands, and tin the ends with solder so they don't crush much. See how that works. A concave, half circle piece under the pinch bolt would be better IMO. That would keep strands together as they crushed down.

It’s awesome, solid connections for running 0 gauge wire. No issues after using for months! Might upgrade to using 0 gauge wire ferrules to use with this but for now everything is working well.
