Mild stimulation with guarana
Caffeine from normal coffee acts quickly, which can contribute to a faster and irregular heartbeat, increase blood pressure and 'leach' magnesium. Caffeine from tropical guarana fruit is released slowly and makes its effects milder and longer-lasting.

Ingredients of Chi-Cafe balance:
- Arabica and robusta coffee - noble varieties with an oriental aroma.
- Natural caffeine from coffee and guarana gives a pleasant, long-lasting stimulation.
- Bromine and caffeine.
- Fibre from acacia fibre promotes bacterial flora and intestinal regulation. Three cups of Chi-Cafe balance provide 30% of your daily fibre intake.
- Ginseng and reishi - Chinese symbols of vitality and longevity.
- Pomegranate extract - for thousands of years regarded as a symbol of fertility and immortality, a rich source of antioxidants.

Cooking:
Pour 5g of Chi-Cafe balance (2 teaspoons) into a cup and pour in about 100 ml of hot water. Add 30 ml of milk or soya drink with calcium, sweeten to taste.
For full flavour, stir with a frother.
With Chi-Cafe balance you can also make a frappé or iced coffee
Ingredients:
Soluble fibre from acacia (55%), arabica and robusta coffee extract (26%), natural flavours: guarana extract (4%), reishi mushroom, ginseng extract; magnesium citrate, green coffee extract (2%), cocoa powder, acidity regulator - calcium lactate, pomegranate juice extract (1%).
A serving (5 g) contains approximately 75 mg of caffeine. Not recommended for consumption by children. Do not exceed an intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources (200 mg for pregnant and lactating women).
