This crossmember is designed for 2WD S10 Blazers with a horizontal frame shelf on each side of the vehicle. Refer to the product image to determine that your chassis has the same configuration. For a proper fit with these transmissions, the GMTM Transmission Mount and GF GMTM SP Shims are
- Fits Models: 2WD S10, and S15 Jimmy
- Fits Years: 82-05
- Fits Transmissions: 6L80E Slip Yoke, 6L90E Slip Yoke
- A slight floor pan modifications may be required.
- This crossmember is designed for 2WD S10 Blazers with a horizontal frame shelf on each side of the vehicle. Refer to the product image to determine that your chassis has the same configuration.
- For a proper fit with these transmissions, the GMTM Transmission Mount and GF-GMTM-SP Shims are included.
- If your vehicle has a crossmember mounting pattern through the side of your frame rail, this crossmember will not work. Use the RCS-10-6L80 instead.

Good quality, but could have used better instructions
The kit was complete, and all the components were well made. However, if you aren't somewhat mechanical, it would be fairly easy to install the gaskets and backing plate in the wrong sequence. With better instructions, this would be a 5 star plus kit.

Don't pay boat shops for over priced services!
Boat shop wanted $400 dollars for a new water pump replacement. Got this on Amazon and watched a few utube videos. Took less then 2hrs to take apart and replace. I put it in a Alpha 1 gen 2 lower. Very simple process.
