Mr Koizumi Active Lacto-Bac is a probiotic water treatment formulated to enhance the health and vitality of koi and other pond fish. It contains a blend of beneficial components, including enzymes, minerals, probiotics, lactic acids, ferment, trace elements, vitamins, and essential amino acids. These ingredients work synergistically to prevent fungal infections, fin rot, and various bacterial infections. Additionally, the product promotes faster healing of wounds, minimizes scar tissue formation, stabilizes pH levels, binds ammonium and nitrite, supports the biological filter, reduces algae growth by depriving them of nutrients, strengthens the immune system, and improves digestion in koi and other fish.

Dosage and Usage Instructions:

• Initial Application: Shake well before use. Dilute 500 ml of Mr Koizumi Active Lacto-Bac with lukewarm water (between 24 °C and 28 °C) and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, spread this mixture over the pond. This dosage is suitable for 10,000 liters of pond water.

• Maintenance Dose: Every 14 days after the initial dosing, apply 250 ml per 10,000 liters of pond water.

• Post-Application: After adding the lactic acid bacteria, temporarily switch off the UV or/and Ozone and any protein skimmer for 24 hours.

• Feeding: You can also add the lactic acid bacteria to the food, but only prepare enough for one or two days.

When to Use:

• When new fish are introduced to the pond

• Immediately after significant water changes

• Immediately after using medication

• When ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate levels are high

• As a booster for a strong immune system before winter or spring

• To improve the mucous membrane and resistance

Mr Koizumi Active Lacto-Bac is available in 1-liter and 5-liter bottles, with 1 liter treating up to 20,000 liters of pond water
