The rustic collection are intended to have natural splits, cracks and imperfections. Most of them will have at least one of the aforementioned singularities that are not considered as defects nor damages, but part of the design and character of each piece. 

The item you receive may have a slight variation in terms of wood patterns and grains because of the nature of solid wood. As well as a slight variation because each item is hand-finished.
