- Stainless steel exterior and top with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior for long-lasting commercial use.
- Includes a 19-inch reversible white polyethylene cutting board that removes for cleaning.
- Two self-closing doors with 120° stay-open hinges and four epoxy-coated wire shelves.
- Side-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant and maintains a 36°F to 38°F temperature range.
- Standard 3-inch casters with two brakes help with cleaning and repositioning.
