Pressed Daisy extends Chilewich’s innovative molded technique. Taking the playful form of a tightly clustered bouquet of daisies as viewed from above, this flexible openwork placemat acts as a decorative base for whatever is placed on top. It is delicate in appearance yet surprisingly resilient: a contemporary interpretation of both classic florals and the ancient craft of lacemaking. Acting more like a charger than a placemat, plates will sit surrounded and enhanced by the open lace cutwork it exhibits. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Made in Taiwan.


To clean Pressed Daisy: simply wipe clean with warm water, mild soap and a clean, soft sponge. Rinse well and air dry. Top layer metallic foil may be damaged if treated with rough sponges/brushes, harsh soaps or chemicals.
