- Holds up to (10) 12" x 20" steam table pans or (5) 18" x 26" sheet pans in a one-compartment undercounter footprint.
- Digital controls include an actual-temperature display, low-temperature sensor, indicating light, and audible alarm.
- Top-mounted blower heat reaches up to 200°F and preheats to 160°F in approximately 25 minutes.
- Double-wall insulated stainless steel construction with 2" fiberglass wrap-around insulation helps retain heat efficiently.
- Solid field-reversible door with magnetic gasket and latch supports convenient access and dependable closure.
- 3" swivel casters, including 2 with brakes, make the cabinet easy to position and secure.
- 120V single-phase operation uses a NEMA 5-15P plug and 10-foot cord for straightforward installation.
