These nature inspired earrings and necklace can be purchased separately or as as set. They are part of the New England Collection representing the state of New Hampshire. My childhood was filled with summer camping trips to New Hampshire. The beautiful fresh air, mountains and trees always reinforced the freedom that was summer! The official motto of NH is "Live Free or Die" and I couldn't agree more.
The necklace I designed features a mountain scene that reminded me of the New Hampshire White Mountains. It is hypoallergenic artisan pewter and measures 3/4 inches. It hangs on an 18 inch stainless steel chain. (Just message me if you need a different size chain). The earrings are tiny zinc alloy discs with a scene of three pine trees. A tiny Ocean Jasper bead hangs above and they dangle just a bit over 1 inch from the ear on silver ear wires.
Ocean Jasper is known for helping with communication, optimism and encouraging feelings of joy!
A notable fact about New Hampshire is that it is home to the highest point in the northeastern US - Mount Washington at 6,288 feet above sea level. I remember as a child, stopping along the Kangamangus Highway to look at The Old Man of the Mountain, which was a rock profile resembling an old man. Unfortunately it broke off in 2003, but you can still see him on the NH state quarter!
