Integrated Two-Speed MV Mixer
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum mixer bridge with totally enclosed gear motor.
- Two operating speeds • Main agitator 23 / 46 rpm • Secondary beater 60 / 120 rpm.
- 304 SS anchor agitator contoured to kettle wall; removable nylon blades scrape the entire surface.
- 304 SS counter-rotating beater improves product dispersion and eliminates hot spots.
- Bayonet-mount shafts lift out quickly for cleaning or for kettle use without the mixer.
- Actuator-assisted lift plus positive rim lock prevent accidental engagement or high-speed starts.
