Before We Arrive:
- Ensure pool is filled to at least halfway up the skimmer
- Remove debris and water from the pool cover
- Make all pool equipment easily accessible
- Clear access to the pool area and heater (if applicable)

Note: Service excludes vacuuming or chemical treatment. A $1.50 per mile fee (one way) applies outside Lincoln city limits. A $95 revisit fee will apply if the pool is not adequately filled or if standing water remains on the cover at time of appointment.
