- The 24-inch raised griddle/broiler adds a smooth 1/2-inch steel griddle plate with broiler underneath.
- Two standard ovens feature snap-action thermostats adjustable from 175°F to 550°F.
- Stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 4-inch front rail are built for demanding commercial use.
- Includes one oven rack per oven, plus a crumb drawer and hinged lower valve panel for easier cleanup.
- 6-inch adjustable legs and a factory-installed pressure regulator simplify installation and leveling.
