This Golf GTI is in Alpine White, registration TUY 493Y.The name Golf comes from the German word for Gulf Stream - Golf Storm, an oceanic air current. They were fond of calling their VW models after famous winds at one time, including the VW Sirocco, Bora, Jetta and Passat, as well as the Golf. Designed by an Italian automobile designer - Giorgetto Giugiaro, the Golf featured a water-cooled engine, front wheel drive and a hatchback shape. Its mechanical attributes ensured crisp handling and good road holding, ideal for the 'hot hatch' youth of the day - and it was comfortable into the bargain.

I downloaded and installed Visual Studio Code, Ubuntu, and Docker Desktop. On page 22, it says to use the docker build command. I did, and I got a file or folder not found error. I've spent 4 hours searching the internet for an answer to this. I cant find it. This book is supposed to be written for absolute beginners. Apparently, it is not, as I, a beginner, am stuck 22 pages into it...

Haven't gotten that far into the book yet, but so far the material is good. IMO, the book would be far better if it had a spiral binding like the Python Quick Start books I bought. Programming type books are much easier and better to use when they lay flat. This would probably make the book more expensive to purchase, but would be well worth it. The contents of the book are well laid out starting with simple basic topics and progressing through the more advanced ones. The chapters on Asynchronous JavaScript and JQuery were, IMHO, light in the amount of information provided. The book is designed/written to provide a "quick start" on JS, but I think that there could have been more details provided for these two topics. All in all this book provides an adequate introduction to doing JS coding. Any plans on doing an advanced Javascript book to cover topics like map and other advanced programming constructs?
