Integrated Mixing System

- Counter-rotating secondary beater improves product circulation and particle suspension.
- Two-speed selector (≈23 RPM low / 46 RPM high) matches delicate or high-shear tasks.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises the agitator clear for loading, tasting or manual cleaning.
- Safety interlock stops mixing when the bridge is lifted.
