- Marine-edge stainless steel top includes 1-inch extensions on both sides so equipment sits flat.
- Top and bottom drawers accept 6-inch deep pans and support 1/3-size pan configurations.
- Self-contained, side-mounted R290 refrigeration is front-breathing for easier placement and service.
- Electronic thermostat with external LED display maintains a 33°F to 41°F temperature range.
- Supplied with four 5-inch plate casters, including two locking casters, for mobility and positioning.
