Used as Sun Block The absorbent Avocado oil is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and E. You can apply it directly to your skin or mix it with your favorite beauty products.
Directions: Massage a good amount of avocado oil into your skin after you bathe. You can use the avocado oil by itself, or add a few drops to one of your everyday body lotions. Facial oil moisturizer: Fill 2/3 of a 1-ounce bottle with avocado oil. Fill up the last third of the bottle with another nourishing oil like Argan. Add three to four drops of lavender or rose essential oil and shake well. Pour a little of your homemade oil on the palm of your hand, and apply it to your face. You can also use the oil as a hand moisturizer". This Oil is use for external use only. Do not swallow or consume this oil.
