Jyotish (Vedic astrology) is a wonderful science which can answer some of these questions for us. Once we know more about ourselves through the lens of our birth chart (horoscope), it becomes easier to find a Yoga practice (_sana, meditation style etc) that naturally supports our journey in this life, a practice that is conducive to our unique being.
