The M-Curb Pitch Pocket system provides a watertight seal for difficult roof penetrations and is comprised of durable M-Curb rounds and premium-quality adhesives and sealants. The M-Curb System Kits are available in either White or Black and have a shelf life of 1-year. Included in the kit is: M-Curb Rounds, M-Bond Adhesive Sealant, M-Thane 1 Part Pourable Sealant - enough for 3 complete flashing assemblies.
  • Accommodates a wide range of openings
  • Provides an impact-resistant watertight seal
  • Installation requires less time than most conventional flashing methods
  • M-bond adhesive/sealant and pourable sealant is a moisture-curing polyether roofing sealant that bonds to asphaltic membranes, concrete, steel, aluminum, wood, glass and PVC
  • M-Thane 1-part pourable sealant is a moisture cure, self-leveling sealant that is suitable for application in damp and cold climates, as well as dry climates, M-Thane 1-part is solvent-free, contains no isocyanates and will not shrink upon curing, it does not outgas or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants can do, M-Thane 1-part is elastomeric and has excellent adhesion to most construction materials, it has a low durometer, which accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants
