- Type 304 stainless steel construction with a 316 stainless steel interior liner.
- Includes lift-off covers, a double pantry faucet, and a sliding drain catch pan with splash shield.
- Manual tilting, balanced kettle design with factory-installed steam control kits.
- Connects directly to a steam source supplying 5 to 45 psi; 50 psi jacket rating and safety valve.
