Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate (600mg). Vitamin D3 (5.875mcg). Vitamin K2 (13.5mcg). Magnesium (75mg). Vitamin C (15mg). Zinc (7.5mg). Manganese (1.75mg). Copper Sulfate (0.55mg).
Directions:
Adults take 2 tablets daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
