- Six 75 lb. fryer tanks can be batteried into one fryer/filter system for high-volume production.
- Built-in space saver filtration is located under the fryers to help conserve valuable floor space.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds filtering and can pump oil up to 20 feet away.
- Immersed electric elements and a snap action thermostat support responsive frying performance.
- Stainless steel frypot and all-stainless exterior are built for durability and easier cleanup.
- Casters, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit are included for installation.
