HOW TO USE

When used with a cotton pad, soak a cotton pad and wipe along the entire face and neck gently. Repeat 2-3 times to remove impurities and dead skin cells.

When used with hands, apply a moderate amount of toner with hands over the entire face and neck. Pat gently for better absorption.

For additional hydration, put toner-soaked pad on your skin and leave it on for 10 minutes.
