The Tow-Pro Elite Electric Trailer Brake Controller Remote Head allows for convenient installation on or around the vehicle dashboard. Designed for mounting at a distance from the main unit, the remote head won�t impede lower leg airbags or driver legroom, and its low profile and shock-absorbing elastomers ensure it can be installed in crash impact zones. Mount the Tow-Pro Elite Remote Head directly to the dashboard or center console; it is much smaller and easier to find space for on the dash compared to other electric trailer brake controller models. It can also be installed with a spare knock-out switch, requiring only two holes to be drilled. The remote head already comes as part of the Tow-Pro Elite Electric Trailer Brake Controller kit. Note that the REDARC Universal Switch Insert Panel (TPS-001) can be purchased for an OEM style and appearance for installation of this remote head.
