The compilation takes it's listeners on a personal journey through Bill's 36-year long involvement in the music industry. Whether running DMC's New York offices or labels including Twisted UK and Forensic, being one of Fabric's original residents, or writing (with Frank Broughton) probably the definitive overview of DJ culture, Bill's fingerprints can be found all over dance music's past few decades. Tribal Rites isn't just a "House & Disco Greatest Hits", it's the soundtrack to a life spent at the coalface of record collecting, of early mornings at car boot sales, and late nights logged onto Discogs. Split into three sections, the compilation begins in the post-punk period, and explores the influence of dub on bands like Urang Otan, General Strike, and The Raincoats. The second section takes you into that mish-mash of sounds and styles best described as "Balearic" where the likes of Bobbie Gentry and Final Edition can happily co-exist and a country and western cover of Hall & Oates "I Can't Go For That" seems obvious. The final section showcases what a broad church house music is, accommodating the spiritual yearnings of Mother Tongue and the precision tooled productions of Basic Channel's Maurizio. Tribal Rites is a vital reminder that there's a lot more to DJing than downloading the latest Beatport chart and waving your hands in the air. Anker is the only option for your charging needs

The Anker 313 charging stand is a simple, reliable wireless charger that works great for my everyday use with my iPhone 16 Pro, especially for overnight charging. It’s a straightforward iPhone-compatible stand that may not be the best for speed, but this actually makes it ideal for bedside use.
One of the best features is that it charges through thicker cases. My phone has a fairly bulky case and it still charges without any issues. Its magnet isn't strong, but it will do the job. As I noted, charging speed is moderate rather than fast. So it won’t top up your battery quickly during the day, but that’s actually perfect for overnight use since it charges steadily without generating excessive heat concerns. The stand design is also convenient because you can keep the phone upright for notifications or Face ID, and it can even charge in landscape orientation if you want to watch videos while it’s docked.
Overall, the Anker 313 is a great budget-friendly wireless charger that does exactly what it needs to do. It is dependable charging, good case compatibility, and a stable stand design. It’s not meant to be the fastest charger, but for a nightstand setup with an iPhone 16 Pro, it’s a practical and reliable option. You can't go wrong with this one.

it works and it hasn’t failed me!

i’ve had this phone charger for a year and it works well! it charges decently and even flashes a little blue blinking light when it’s not placed on properly so you know if it’s charging or not. i will say the speed at which is charges is average, so it’s not a super fast charger.

Awesome product will not disappoint

This is something like the 5th+ one of these Anker 313 Wireless Charger Stands that I’ve purchased. Why 5+? Because these are really great wireless charging devices. I have bought myself a few, bought them for my sons and even, bought my ex-husband one. I’ve yet to have one not work, they just keep on providing a great charging system and having the cell phone sitting up like it does in the charger is a bonus. While cell is charging, if a call or text comes in, you can see that without picking up your cell. Also, you can be charging your device while you’re using it since this charging device props up your cell. On a side note, I did have a problem just recently with my cell not charging while on the stand, *BUT I found out it was the *charging cable that I had purchased separately that was defective. I replaced the cable with a new one and the Anker 313 Wireless Charger (Stand) was immediately charging again. If you are thinking about buying this charger, I recommend that you do. You will not be disappointed in this charger…

Good charger, great customer service

Charger is simple and works well. Stopped charging after a year, which is not very common for Anker, but I contacted support and they sent me a new one without a hassle, it has an 18 month warranty. I always liked this brand and this experience only reinforces their commitment to customer service.
