Based on feedback from a variety of highly regarded professional engine builders, Compstar engineers set out to address the most common issues associated with many aftermarket connecting rods.
Callies Compstar Sports Series (SS) connecting rods for racers wanting a premium rod with out breaking the bank. All SS rods are H-beam design machined from fine grained 4340 steel for maximum strength. Wrist pins bushings are of deformation resistant Ampco 18 material. Designed to support a very conservative rating of 800 Horsepower.
