Description:
The 600125 is an XACT Prolite flywheel from ACT, offering the lightest weight and lowest inertia in their lineup. Crafted from Chromoly Steel, these flywheels are meticulously designed to enhance throttle response and acceleration, particularly suited for road racing or rally racing where precise control is paramount. Despite its lightweight construction, the materials are strategically distributed to ensure maximum strength, heat tolerance, and rigidity. ACT's Prolite flywheels are known for their dramatic improvement in engine response and acceleration, albeit with mild to moderate gear rattle. Constructed as a single piece, these flywheels eliminate the risk of failure and ensure efficient heat transfer from the clutch disc. Additionally, they are fully serviceable and can be resurfaced without the need for additional parts. Recommended specifically for race use, these flywheels are forged, CNC machined, and dynamically computer balanced, ensuring smooth operation even at high RPMs.
