About the Author

Stephany Granillo has been married to Mario for 38 years. They have three sons and three grandchildren. She is recently retired after working for two of the best bosses for over 27 years.

Stephany’s hobbies are camping and fishing, and currently she is attempting to get all of their thousands of family photographs organized. For the last five years she has also been experimenting with various vegan dishes for her son and daughter-in-law. She and her husband have 3.5 dogs, one of which is Duke, who belongs to their granddaughter, Izabella (Bella).
