Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) forms the resilient heart of the formula. Revered in Ayurvedic tradition as an adaptogen and spiritual ally, tulsi strengthens the nerves while clarifying awareness. The Ritual:

Brew 1 heaping spoonful in 8oz nearly boiling water for 5-10 minutes, strain, add sweetener of choice (if desired) and enjoy!  Delightful served cold as well!
