Premium Twin-Shaft Agitation
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum mixer bridge prevents vibration.
- Totally-enclosed gear motor with right-angle output shaft—built for continuous service.
- Two-speed operation (Low 23/60 RPM • High 46/120 RPM) for delicate or vigorous mixing.
- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator hugs kettle wall; removable nylon blades scrape every inch.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS beater eliminates dead zones in thick or high-viscosity products.
- Bayonet mounts allow the agitator & beater to release in seconds for sanitation or kettle-only use.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises the scraper, beater and bridge clear of the kettle for loading or cleaning.
- Integrated safety interlock prevents high-speed starts when the bridge is unlocked.

Installation Note: This kettle requires a regulated 30 psi direct-steam supply, field connection to ¾″ NPT
steam and ½″ NPT condensate return, plus a 115/208/230/460 V electrical feed for the mixer motor. Professional installation and
start-up by qualified personnel are strongly recommended.
