Possono rimuovere i riflessi indesiderati da superfici non metalliche come acqua o vetro e anche saturare i colori fornendo un contrasto migliore.

 

L'effetto può essere visto attraverso il mirino e modificato ruotando il filtro. Il fattore del filtro varia a seconda di come viene ruotato il filtro e del suo orientamento verso il sole.

Se sei fuori a camminare in una bella giornata, in montagna o in spiaggia, e vuoi scattare una foto favolosa di un cielo pieno di nuvole o far sembrare l'acqua più satura, allora un polarizzatore è la soluzione giusta.
