The Carb Only Drink Mix is easier to take in when you’re breathing hard (as there's no chewing involved!) and it's ideal when you need to keep your hands free. It's also useful if you have a nervous stomach before races and struggle to get solid calories in.

- No electrolytes, so you can mix up high-carb bottles without overdoing the sodium. Use it alongside low-cal Precision Hydration products to hit your sodium numbers
