The book is divided into two parts. The first explains history and philosophy integral to understanding the art of Sinmoo Hapkido. The second part of the book outlines each rank with all the requirements needed for progression. It lists all of the self-defense techniques, strikes, kicks, meditation exercises, weapon techniques, study points, conditioning drills, and philosophy.
