PK CAMERAMAN is a unique set of volumes presenting the photographic work of Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS Kriegsberichters (war correspondents) that portrays the German armed forces during training, deployment, and combat operations in the Second World War. The “PK” stands for Propaganda Kompanie, which were units composed of photographers, motion picture cameramen, writers, broadcasters, and illustrators who accompanied the troops to document their myriad activities in the occupied territories and on the front lines.PK CAMERAMAN No. 2 features photographs taken by SS-KB Wilfried Woscidlo and PK-KB Bernhard Kurth depicting the newly formed 12. SS-Panzer-Division “Hitlerjugend” carrying out training exercises in Belgium in early 1944. Highlights include Woscidlo’s photos of the young Panzergrenadiers on maneuvers with motorcycles and field artillery and Kurth’s photos of their inspection by Generalfeldmarschall Gerd von Rundstedt on 8 March 1944.
Other senior officers appearing in this publication include the division’s commander Fritz Witt, regimental commanders Kurt Meyer and Wilhelm Mohnke, and 1.SS-Panzer-Korps commander Sepp Dietrich. Instructing the “HJ” recruits are a mixture of veteran Heer (Army) and Waffen-SS NCOs and officers whose experience and expertise are put to use honing their combat skills in preparation for the anticipated Allied invasion of France.
The book abounds with striking images of half-tracked armored fighting vehicles and prime movers such as the Schützenpanzerwagen Sd.Kfz.251 and Zugkraftwagen 8t Sd.Kfz.7 respectively, as well as the stalwart Panzerkampfwagen IV medium tank. An abundance of camouflage attire is also on display, showing the full range of Waffen-SS foliage patterns applied to helmet covers and smocks, plus the distinctive Italian M29 camouflage material used for various garments such as trousers and coveralls. The large inventory of machine guns boasted by 12.SS-Pz.Div. is clearly evident in these photos, with the formidable MG-42 appearing throughout this detailed chronicle of the formation’s development.
These images are vividly brought to life by virtue of the high-resolution photo reproduction, digital enhancement and restoration incorporated into the production of this edition. A further appreciation of the photography is acquired via the extensive and meticulously researched captions, which are written from a technical, tactical, and historical perspective. Additional information is provided by way of a concise essay on the division, a map showing its pre-invasion deployment in Belgium, and profiles of the two featured Bildberichters (photojournalists). This combination of exacting aesthetic and editorial criteria represents the highest qualitative standards in the field of military photo reference books, which is the hallmark of RZM Publishing.

Lovely cabinet but needs time to put together!
Color: White, Size: 23x29
The overall cabinet is what I was looking for. Very sturdy and good looking. The main problem my husband had was with the directions to put it together. The pictures were hard to see and the majority of written directions were hard to understand. Definitely took longer to put together than should have taken. But when it was completed and hung, I have to say I love it. Be prepared to have patience and enough time set aside to put it together.

Solid cabinet; all aligns well
Color: White-1927, Size: 19x27
Amazon declined my first buy/ship if this cabinet as it was damaged when it reached Amazon. That was fine, but I still had to go thru ‘return’ process of Amazons, w/o a product to return; so I used their ‘chat feature’ to explain—went smoothly, and they secured the replacement for me; I just need to check latest bill to be sure I was only charged once. OK, now onto the cabinet: Solid materials (for MDF-which I generally avoid), and assembled + installed in just 1hr. Btw, I add ‘glue’ the the provided 8 wood dowels used for assembly. The doors hinge adjustments are easy to align doors for final finish. While this cabinet ‘hangs’ on its cleat, I did add one screw to the inside-bottom of cabinet to ensure no one inadvertently may ‘lift’ the cabinet off its cleat. This is rock solid secured to me wall above toilet for great extra storage in the kids’ bath! Overall, a good buy; but did expect it to be cheaper price considering MDF material and made in China. I look for country of origin now and try to buy from US friendly countries. Good luck, Mark in NY.

Very impressive
Color: Navy Blue, Size: 23x29
I've had a lot of experience with modern furniture that you have to put together. Most of it, I worry about the durability of the product. Most is put together with repurposed particle board. So it's heavy and I would think not durable - especially in a damp environment.
Saying that, I was very impressed with this product.
My experience with the product to this point has been the best of those type of products. It shipped very well...everything in place and neatly packed. The engineered wood (resembles plastic) seems solid, water resistant at a minimum, and scratch resistant. The instructions provided - while the product was easy to assemble - were amongst the clearest I've seen from such a product.
What impressed me the most was the thought behind the design of this product. The hinges are perfect for the product. The doors can be easily removed by pushing a button on the hinge. The holes on the boards were perfectly drilled - so much so that I didn't have to pound any board to put them together. The back wasn't nailed on and the slot used for the backing was spot on.
If I had to choose negatives (and I'm really nit-picking because this is really designed that well) it was that the shelf ends up being a bit loose and I would have liked the mounting board to match the width of the slot it was being used to fill. Both can be fixed at the house by home products and screws.
I was so impressed that I would go and buy another product from this manufacturer (and look for the manufacturer by name). IT is that good.

Stylish, sturdy cabinet
Color: White
This cabinet was even nicer than I thought it would be—stylish, sturdy, and easy to assemble. Perfect for holding medicines and small items in the bathroom, easy to see and find, out of reach of children.
