The Human SMPD3 (Sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase 3) ELISA Kit measures SMPD3 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SMPD3 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with SMPD3 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of SMPD3 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

My phone is too big to fit in the zipper compartment (Note 10+), so I usually use a lanyard. I COULD fit it into the main compartment, but it's tight. I attach my keys to the loop with the wrist strap. Otherwise they would scratch my phone if I choose to put it inside. An expanding bottom along with just an inch added to both the height and length would make all the difference for those needed items. If the owners/designers read this, I'd request a divider going lengthwise as well to keep my phone separate and protected. It doesn't have one, or a pocket for a large phone. I do believe, however, that the latest folding Razr or Samsung's Z-Flip would easily fit into the pockets provided with no problem.
